Day Trips from Rome: From Rome or Florence to Montepulciano (wines), Montalcino and/or Orvieto.
Depending on your individual tastes and needs, the tour consultants at Green Italy are happy to create a customized package for a most memorable stay in Italy. Vineyard tours, chauffeured transport, and multi-lingual guides.
Costs: Day Trip with lunch included (mimimum 2 participants): 215 Euros per person (one winery), 250 Euros per person (two wineries). Discounts for larger groups. We use standard VW or Opel vehicles. 200 Euros (total) extra for luxury Mercedes vehicles. Rolls Royce vehicles available upon request. For Private Tours we need to receive reservations at least one weeks prior to the desired date. We charge 10 Euros per person for late bookings (less than 5 working days, subject to availability). What’s Included:
• Service from Rome or Florence/Siena and surroundings.
• Private transport, fully equipped for your complete comfort and safety
• Expert bilingual (English/Italian or German/Italian) tour escort and drivers.
• Visit 1 vineyard (with wine tastings) and one town with free time. Second vineyard upon request at 35 Euros Extra.
• A mouth-watering, multi-course meal of typical Tuscan cusine at a gourmet/upscale location like "La Terrazza del Chiostro" in Pienza, or "Locanda Cicolina" (www.locandacicolina.com) in Montepulciano with wine/beer/other beverages included.
What’s Not Included:
• Pick-up from your accommodation outside Rome or Florence.
Tour guides in languages other than English, German, Spanish or Italian (Russian, French or Chinese at extra fees).
• Additional Stops: We want your day with us to be PERFETTO! We are more than happy to customize your day tour to with special stops or accommodations. If you are celebrating an anniversary, birthday cakes or flowers are on us, if you want to make a stop to visit any special sites or particular restaurants, we encourage you to work with us to plan your special day.
Please note, however, that depending on the nature and potential additional costs of the request, drive time, etc., the price of the tour may vary. Please let us know far enough in advance so that we can make sure we're able to make it happen!
